We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your Quiksilver purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
